Point + Shoot : 2

Saturday Afternoon (around 2ish)

So... I am trying to learn to sew and thought a little project might be great practice. I have been wanting a door stop for the front door for a while now. It was a lot easier than I thought but I did have a step by step tutorial to follow - Thanks Tania for the link.

This is the finished product - its a little creased but other than that it turned out quite well I think.
Check out other point + shoot lovelies here.

I love your photos. Are you using actions, by chance? They're really beautiful in composition as well.

Thanks for playing along. I need a door stop for our bedroom, but I am without a sewing machine... and my hand sewing skills are a little lacking.

I might think about tackling this though. xx

Well done, that looks great. I'm just about to start learning to sew - have just bought a second-hand machine and a couple of basic patterns. Fingers crossed!

@Chantelle - I'm must admit I was a little lucky with these ones - I have absolutely no photography skills what so ever but am really starting to enjoy it (might follow in your footsteps and do a course soon):)
